The Mission of the Canadian Educational Standards Institute (CESI) is to develop and promote educational excellence and school improvement in independent schools.
To this end:
• CESI recognizes and celebrates the independence, integrity and unique character of each school and the students whom it serves; and,
• CESI establishes and maintains high educational and operational standards; and,
• CESI promotes and sustains the attainment of voluntary accreditation by maintaining a rigorous accreditation process.
